Setting up an office for any SME can be an expensive and stressful ordeal. The Confederation of British Industry (CBI) believes that startups tend to fail due to running out of cash (29%).  Therefore, being smart about expenditure is essential, especially with any expensive telecommunications equipment that you may need. Unified Communications (UC) is the integration of real-time communication services.
